Abstract

The main aim of this study is to determine and clarify how career growth, pay, and training affect long-term employee performance, with a focus on Job satisfaction among employees as a mediating variable. This study is a quantitative investigation including 103 workers. 103 permanent workers make up the sample, and the sampling approach used is non-probability sampling. Both sources, primary and sceondary are used. The technique of data analysis that SEM-PLS use with the SmartPLS 3.2.9 programme. The findings show that while job satisfaction has little effect on worker performance, training and career development significantly improve long-term worker performance and account for 71.60% of the variance in results. Furthermore, it was discovered that job satisfaction communicated the connection between employees' performance and career development and training. Practical ramifications indicate that companies should spend money on training and career development to boost employee performance and job satisfaction. The study adds to the body of literature by highlighting the significance of career opportunities in managing a permanent employee's performance and bolstering the role of job satisfaction as a mediator. These results give leaders important information about how to maximize the workforce through focused training and career development initiatives.
